If I were the boss.
I would befriends with the stuff.
It's helps be closed to your stuff so that you will know what they have to say about you.

>Personality
>All the good and bad things they got to say.
I would come in the office late....hence I am not a morning person.
I would ensure there's a good production and that all the employees are on track with current projects.
Being a boss though does not mean you make all the decisions....you got to listen others inputs as well.
We'll have an entertainment section....with music, tv, games, pool, darts etc. the list goes on.
I mean everyone must feel at home....work office is a second home. So everyone have to feel the part in all the occurences.
They must be keen to wake up and come in everyday....cause they'll enjoy themselves.
But the bottom line is to produce better results which will be of benefit to the company.
If I were the boss I would lead, listen to others, take initiative and involve others.
As a boss you must know that it does not only end with managing staff but there is a lot that goes with it like making sure that the service you or the company provide creates a positive image for the company.
ReplyDeleteWiseman, I totally agree with you. I will advice each manager to be friends with the stuff so there the manager can get to know them better. The manager should keep in mind that if there employees are not happy then the work won’t be done properly.
